"Got this room in 10/04 on the internet and prepaid for it. When we got there the lady was rude and said we didn't have a reservation. I gave her the voucher and she didn't care. Said she would see what she will do later in the day. Got back in the evening to nothing but problems. After fighting with the hotel for 40 min. finally got our 2 rooms but not what was ordered. This new manager and help there sucks. The worst time we ever had at a Best Western.Terrible Terrible Terrible. Plus we had to give our credit card again or they wouldnt give us a room."

"Had nothing but problems, the front desk person was very rude,said we didn't have a room there even though I gave her the paid voucher from the internet.After arguing with her she said come back later and it would be taken care of. When I got back at 7:00 pm there was still problems. They said the room wasn't paid for and if I want to stay there I had to give my credit card again,and they still had my paid voucher.I spend another 45min.there fighting with them.What bad bad bad managering and help there. I have stayed there many times before with no problem but the new people and using the internet for the rooms were nothing but a disaster. Then I didn't get the rooms we paid for,got a handicap room. Also another lady staying there had problems with the front desk person in which they were calling each other the B word. Nice customer skills."
